>shrug< I've used 510's (LR and regular), 306, cartomizers and dual-coil cartos. All worked just fine. The only thing I've noticed is that it seems to hit "harder" (a little warmer and noticeably more vapor) than anything else I've got.
Of course I don't have much to compare it too at the moment--a RoughStack (mini and maxi), a couple of 14500 boxes I made and a Chuck. But the Chuck and the maxiRS give me the chance to swap the battery and atty/carto out to compare exactly the same setup at the same time, and the Hog seems to hit a little warmer than either. I've not yet popped a coil on it, though...
Edit: what I'm doing at the moment is swapping out a 306 and 2 ohm Vapage/COV bottom feeder hybrid every couple of days...

In my experience, no. In my experience they seem to be no different than 510's in that respect.

I've tried a couple diff brands of 306's
The best ones I've used are the cisco LR ones
When the second run of the Vapage hybrids hit COV later this month, give them a whirl. 306 integrated into a 510 body. -Magnus
I've got the HH.357 306/510 hybrid coming in the week. Cisco 306 inside. A lot more expensive than the Vapage option but I can't resist. -Magnus
I want to try the bottom feeder version at some point, but I've got a few attys I need to use before I do. Joye 1.5ohm have been great to me though, so I'm not in a hurry.
If it aint broke, don't fix it.

I've got a written "review" (I'm no reviewer, just a happy Hog owner) and a ton of pictures of mine...not brave enough to do a video...and I don't know of anyone esle who has done one yet. What kind of info are you looking for?
Now what we need is bikini clad women covered in baby oil doing full length in depth reviews with strategic "wardrobe malfunctions" happening left and right.
