I've been wondering.
Since aluminum foil is conductive could you fold some up and run it from the bottom of the battery to the spring on the kick?
Maybe use some of the heavy duty stuff.
The only problem I can see is that there is so little room there might not be enough space to even fit.

How wide is the flat wire? It sounds good but has to make contact with the kick spring without slipping. If its only as wide as a wire it would be tough to position without error.
Praise the Hog Gods! Also...you have the power to close that thread yourself so you're the only person who can post in it. Won't have to spank any chatters that way and if we see if bumped up, we know you've posted something important.
It was me I'm soooooooooo excited....I have been stalking Mike I'm not to sure how these slipped by me. But that was a really hard choice to make cuz I really like the cedar one too.

Ok how does everyone feel about Chrome switches instead of stainless?
I received my switches today and they sent me the wrong ones.
They match the catch cups better =)
If I wish to send them back they will send the ones I ordered when they get these back and it'll be 3 months before the SS get to me because conveniently they are out of stock of the SS.

Same switch just chrome. More shiny, same as the cups I use.

How do they match the grommet on top of the nonfeeders? Is it chrome plated? Over what?

Definitely chrome since it matches the catch cup better. Gives a more refined look to the mod. Did you get my pm?

Hello everybody! I want to introduce myself as the new proud owner of #70. Yippee! I have been haunting this thread for months hoping to be able to buy one and I finally had the money to do it. This will be my first mod and bottom feeder, can't wait to try it out. Mike mailed it out yesterday to me. Now I have to get busy and buy batts, cartos and charger. Have a good day everyone.
