Holster/Neck Pouch for Opus D?

Do any of the e-cig holster makers have something that will work with an Opus D with a genesis atty on top? Specifically, something with a neck strap that allows me to use the Opus D without removing it from the holster (I was looking at cell phone holsters but I would have to cut holes for the atty and buttons; I would rather not buy something that needs to be hacked up to work).
