yes the new GGTS will be the same size.

The diameter has not changed, as Imeo has said the width of the tube is as thin as possible, and some 18650 bats like the Ultrafire 3000 mAh RED bats are too thick. I ordered the AW bats, so I hope they are thinner and fit. Besides the cap parts update to the GGTS, the new ones have some kind of cap update, that Imeo has reported, not sure how this effects the overall length of the GGTS, but I'd bet it will not effect the choices of batteries one can use.

YES, you should consider something else, as I have posted elsewhere in this forum, do a search, but since threads move, get deleted etc., I'll be brief and include this info. Hours of online research and reading etc., show that most of the cheap chinese chargers, can and do overcharge and some trickle charge, something you don't want with Lithion batteries. If you can afford a GG, then you should be able to afford a proper charger. If you are undecided, then think of the safety factor as well as killing the life of your batteries if they get overcharged. The choice is always in the users/buyers hands.

This is the BEST choice currently for chargers, and is only $45.00, so for $30.00 more then the cheap ones, like the WF-139, you get a much better charger that STOPS charging at 4.2 volts, which none of the others can do reliably if at all.

PILA-IBC CHARGER LINK:
Buy Pila IBC™ 4-stage Charger, AC Adapter, Carrying Case | Pila BC01-AC01

If you buy two cheap spacers "dummy batteries", you can charge almost every battery you can think of, except LIFEPO4 batteries as they require a different type of cheap charger which I also own.

Good luck, and pass this info on to the next person that asks the same IMPORTANT question here.

I guess I'll wait until tomorrow and see if Imeo responds to this.
Thanks guys for your input I appreciate it.

He could only answer your question if he owned the batteries you asked about. Search this forum, as I believe a few others have already bought these batteries for their GGTS, for the higher discharge rate. I have mine on the way, should be here from Rob at Vapor King by tomorrow. PM me if you want my feedback, I don't have much time to monitor all these threads.
