I shouldn't read things from my phone while in bed. I told myself I am going to order from nicoticket tomorrow morning after I really think about what liquids I want to try most, or if I just want to try all of them that sound good knowing I can pay them forward if somehow they don't work for me. Anywho, reading such good things makes me want to jump out of bed and order right away! Great customer service is the number one thing I look for in a vendor! I'm glad you have had such a great experience. Thanks for posting about it!

Why do I come on ECF right before bed? As I'm staring at my bottle of CLS that is on it's last leg, I tell myself JUST order that ONE. Now I stare at the cart with 5 items and looking for a Coupon Code (oh yeah, that's why I came on lol). Oh well...the brief pain of spending money is easily surpassed when the tank gets filled. Besides, what better way to celebrate my first RBA and first Mech Mod (just ordered a Smoktech RSST and a Trident), along with a Nemesis, than with Nicoticket juices? Off to enter the CC info :)

Clark makes you feel welcome and appreciated - & with INSANELY QUICK response time.
I ordered LATE last Saturday night -a.m. of 11/3- (after reading his note on the site about how it'd take til at Least 11/9 to be sent out due to a bottle shortage... which I was Happily willing to tolerate because of the Legendary status of the CLS & *The Virus*), and he responded within an hour or two:
said he had my 50mL of CLS ready for Monday's mail as well as an Upgraded 50mL of *The Virus* (I had only ordered 30mL:p)
Bottle shortage had been handled.
Got em on Wednesday 11/6 & started enjoying em right away:vapor::drool:

What is this STEEP you speak of???

I can attest to the fantastic customer service from Nicoticket also...My first order was on the way the next day and a free upgrade was included also. His quick email updates and personal notes related to your order will make me a repeat customer in a heartbeat. Then there is the juice...it has taken a week but CLS and creme brulee have both came into their own and I'm sure they will get even better with time. I will gladly reorder both... they are really good. Nicoticket has a new customer here for the long term...

And my experience with Nicoticket shipping time has been speedy

However this is an industry where orders come in ebbs and flow's
I would not think it a mark of bad customer service
If 1 day I ordered from them and it took a week to ship

However I will say Nicoticket and Clark does have exceptional customer service
And he does take the time to make every customer feel noticed and each one does matter to him

that is a rare and dying bread

Yes, the juice business is one with many ebbs and flows. I don't expect every order to go out so quickly as I know he sometimes gets backed up with orders. I appreciate his lead time guidance letting his customers know where he's at with orders. I have a lot of confidence that he is a vendor that does whatever is in his power to make sure his customers are treated right unlike some vendors that make you feel like their doing you a favor by shipping you their juice.

OK fine I went and ordered some jooses. CLS, Altered State, and some Betelgeuse..happy? Snffle..

I really need more than 2 tanks, I can see this already....*sigh*

Clark IS nice and wow he really does get back to you fast. I must like him, I shared my hummus recipe notes with him. Just DO NOT do recipe #3. DONT. Do #4.

Yep, Kent makes a quality product and never have I seen such wonderful customer service. Now comes the bad part, waiting for your vapemail.
Nope, it gets worse...

I did not fully understand all the winks and nods of the Clark Crack steep, until I kept the bottom dredges of bottle for 6 weeks.

Mouthgasum right there!

Good luck trying to keep it unmolested for 6 weeks.

I don't think anyone else puts as much into cust service as him

he puts his heart and soul into it

that's why there's been a few threads like this about nickoticket
