Ah, thanks for clearing that up ... I guess I missed something obvious when I visited the earlier links. DOH!

I think the confusion is because the vape meet was first promoted as Kokofest which should already be trademarked as another event. At least they didn't try to call it Taste of Kokomo or Haynes Apperson Days which would have brought the entire clot of drinking club boys raining down on their heads.

I am just guessing that someone got a nastygram from a lawyer...
