We are also starting discussion on the September meet, and trust me, it is even further to the south. But October, Nov., Dec., and etc. are open if anyone would like to do the leg/setup work to get one in their "backyard". All it takes is a note to Kay, RC, myself, capt.n.coke, Trep, or MikeP.
Not really sure about the August one and other vendors since it is vendor hosted, and we are just here to support it, it is their thing. We supported & promoted the one put on by Kokomo Pure Vapes and they invited other vendors, but that was theirs and this one would be another's. Until details are communicated, you know as much as the rest of us. (I don't see RC as someone who would withhold information and she is the main contact between Hoosier Vapers and the vendor.)
Sept. 22nd near Carbon Indiana roasting hotdogs in the country is all we know of the September one right now. Expected to be a very social and laid back / relaxing kinda' thing. (Like Woodstock without the bands, large number of people, the mud, free love, and the questionable life choices of some of the attendees.)
