i love hearing about all the rba's available.

I've got 2 Reomizers and i'm not sure how much better you can possibly get.

3D vaping has got to be the next step, right?

It may be my wishful thinking, but based on the pictures, I believe it will be possible to set up the new reomizer as a genesis atty :)

I really don't think blind squonking applies to RBA's. Yeah, you can do it with A7's or the side venting ones (if you cover the hole with a finger tip) but you really don't need to. Use time. I think I read this somewhere on here, but it may just be the voices in my head again.

What has worked well for me is taking the RBA, removing the drip tip, then squonking until you see that enough juice has come up to really saturate the coil. Then stop the squonk. Make a mental note of how long you pressed on the bottle. BTW, make it one continuous squeeze - not a bunch of quick pumps. Gravity and a little vacuum created by the bottle will suck the juice back into the bottle. Then your good to go. Do this with both a full bottle and once again when it is half full or less.

It varies on how full the bottle is with liquid. My theory is the more air there is in the bottle the longer it takes to saturate the coil because air compresses more easily than a liquid, and I'm sticking to my story. I've found that the duration of the squonk really doesn't matter between my three different models of RBA's (reomizer, A7's, ERA). A full bottle maybe three seconds. A less than half full bottle maybe up to five seconds. I don't think about it much anymore. It's become kinda automatic, like breathing. Taste goes flat or gets yucky - squonk for 3 to 5 and everything is good.

All this talk about RBA's is good and I enjoy reading all of them, but I really want to know about the super secret upcoming mod codenamed "P68" at Reos HQ's*. Can we inject a mole or possibly extort Wayne with some Columbian hookers?

* I nominate that the P68 be named the NorthKorea (something to do with being vaporized...).

As I understand it, attys with side air holes are not. A hornet has side air. I prefer side air over bottom air, much less gurgling :).

Gurgling is how you blind squonk. Some people don't like it, but I'm ok with them being wrong :)

Side air is fine too, except with A7. Since the juice feeding tube is not flat on the bottom of the atomizer, the extra juice does not get sucked back into the bottle. With side airhole (though it's not really blind squonking) you can just sqeeze as much as you want, and when you let go of the bottle, the excess juice gets sucked back down.

I know you're really not supposed to squonk onto a hot coil....may pop the atty. At least in the old days with pre-fab atties...that's what happened to me a few times. BUT....I pretty much chain vape, and how I know that the wick is saturated on a side-air RBA is that right after I take a puff and it *seems* like I need to squonk, I squonk and watch the vapor come out the drip tip. The new juice forces the vapor out the top and that's what tells me the juice hit its mark. So far, so good. Haven't popped a coil yet; if I start popping coils, I may re-think my method. :)

Interesting concept, JC.

I would imagine it to be easy to pop a red hot coil made out of thin wire. I've been doing it with 30 gauge on my genesis quite a bit though, and have not had any problems. I'll have to experiment with thinner wire.

However, with RBAs, popping a coil is not really that terrible of an event :) So, I'd say, keep doing it, and I'll try the same!

I'm using 30 gauge wire, 32 gauge every now and then, and haven't have a problem yet. And you're right...if I pop a coil, so what? But...I don't want to have to change coils when I'm out and about. It's funny, but these rebuildables seem so reliable that I've stopped carrying any backup anything these days. I just assume they will work until I get the urge to change coils. Have never had a problem yet. These have made my vaping life simpler than ever. I used to at least have an extra carto in my purse. Now I don't even think about it. [Knock on wood!!]

Nuh-uh!
Backups are holy! I leave some dead battery altoids mod with a tank full of two month old juice in it, just in case. Cause I remember back from the smoking days -- I get homicidal without nicotine. I remember my wife coaxing me into quitting for a few weeks til she couldn't stand it any more. She ended up running out to the gas station, buying me a pack and throwing it it at my head :)
