I think you should do a Zenesis wick roller and oxidizer stand. The roller could have a rolling pin the size of the center of the wick. You could do a manual roller or a battery operated one. That would be easy to make! THEN, a Zenesis oxidizer stand. Have a stand made out of stainless sheet metal with holes that are the size of the Zenesis wick and another sheet under it to hold the wicks at the correct height...(1/2"-3/4"?) so ONLY the top part where the Kanthal wire will go is sticking up. Maybe 50-60-100 holes? Take the wicks, stand them in the stand, fire them all with the torch, brush/spray with PG, fire with the torch, rinse and repeat until they are all oxidized perfectly for use. Would that work? Imagine how many wicks you could roll with a roller and oxidize all at the same time! Those are my inventions.

I'm just thinking of YOU, zen~! YOU could make these for YOU to use in mass production...to sell them. Then, perhaps, you could make a mini version for those who like to fiddle. I really like your Zenjector. That is the coolest gadget. I like gadgets.

Oh, I know. I've just had these thoughts rolling around in my head and when I saw his new Zenjector I thought I'd mention them. I think rolling and oxidizing wicks could be fun, but that's just me. I like doing stuff like that, but will probably still order them pre-made!

Zen, what if I sent you a Ti bar stock, what would the measurements need to be and the cost to have a Zenesis made from it. In other words I would provide the Ti, you provide the specs and machining. Possible?

Also have you thought about engraving SN's on the Zenesis? Starting at 0001 and going up, as the design may change slightly over time. Others will know which are the originals (lower numbers) and which have newer improvements on them.
