I think you should do a Zenesis wick roller and oxidizer stand. The roller could have a rolling pin the size of the center of the wick. You could do a manual roller or a battery operated one.

That would be easy to make! THEN, a Zenesis oxidizer stand. Have a stand made out of stainless sheet metal with holes that are the size of the Zenesis wick and another sheet under it to hold the wicks at the correct height...(1/2"-3/4"?) so ONLY the top part where the Kanthal wire will go is sticking up. Maybe 50-60-100 holes? Take the wicks, stand them in the stand, fire them all with the torch, brush/spray with PG, fire with the torch, rinse and repeat until they are all oxidized perfectly for use. Would that work? Imagine how many wicks you could roll with a roller and oxidize all at the same time! Those are my inventions.
