I have been thinking about this ever since i saw this comment this morning, and although I might be shooting myself in the foot I have to say something. I understand that you are frustrated with many aspects of getting your site up and running, ppls selfishness and everything. While that is very understandable, it bothers me to see you chastise CUSTOMERS for expressing a desire for your product. I feel like he was simply saying he was anxiously waiting on your product, and becuase you didn't like how he said it.... You no longer want him as a customer? I understand you dont want poeple to pressure you, but wanting your product should be a compliment! Also it is hard to express tone on a board as well as with cultural differences. Please understand I respect your decisions and desires on this board, but it seems to me you really are a fair guy just under stress and might not have realized this might not have been a critasimism but a compliment....

But the OP stated in effect, or similar to, "another day waiting for a Zenesis and not getting it". That was ALL that was said and it didn't come across as conveying a compliment for the product; indeed, it came off whiny (to me, anyway) and maybe that wasn't the OP's intent, but we should all know by now when using the internet, a word or two misplaced, omitted or added, vastly changes perception. Again, that one-liner certainly didn't convey a compliment for the product (as perceived by me, anyway). We are ALL waiting, we ALL have been waiting, we are ALL anxious and we ALL most importantly, know how hard Zen has been working to resolve everything as quickly as he humanly can.

I agree with you.. We should all watch how we say things, but the OP isnt from the US and might be saying something in a second or third language even! My point is that the one liner might be a simple statement filtered through a language barrier as well as cultural. I can't ensure he wasnt being whiny but... Why assume the worst in a situation where misunderstanding is not just possible, but likely. A word or two difference is HUGE in a non native language!

Yes, but if you take your time to look at my location, you may be able to sense that there is a small cultural and temporal divide between me and you. I was tired (it was 3 am and not to complain, but I keep putting off social appointments to make a purchase, I am doing this by CHOICE; Zen is in a much harder situation because he has to work long hours and NOT by choice but due to others negligence
). It's difficult to choose your words well when it's not the language you speak day in and day out. It's just nuances that matter hard to feel them sometimes. I see where he's coming from, he misread my intention. I simply wanted to say bye to some people who kept me company throughout the night and made the wait fun (some of which I just read and snickered about quietly).

In the interest of full disclosure: I now went back and re-read the same thing and come to the conclusion it was what I said in post:

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...ds-featuring-zenesis-pv-2288.html#post6128117

must have initially ticked off Zen. I just simply didn't know the subject matter (diamonds) and thought I was being helpful. I ignored the fact that Zen generally REALLY knows what he is doing. This was an omission on MY part and I apologize. If my tone had been different, I wouldn't have ended up chastised as I did.

Thank you for this. I have a very muddled language sense. Apologies again to all for the miss-understanding...I was trying to be a valuable addition to the community and ended up trying to hard...

I will try to veil my compliments more thinly next time ;)

You're probably right... I was tired, irritated and more than a little perturbed by what I saw as an inference that I'm inconveniencing people by trying my hardest to get these issues resolved... all on top of the fact that I never told ANYBODY I would have product up yesterday, only that I should have had the issues resolved. I'm certainly not going to crush a new account with massive orders before it's been completely tested with a few smaller transactions.

Compound that with the generally negative references to the choice of Diamond in what will truly be one of the most exquisite pieces of vaping hardware to ever hit the street, well let's just say I was primed for the reaction I transmitted... and you're right... I shouldn't do that.

I'm at my wits end here dealing with insanity that is firing at me in all directions.

Yes, but as should people in this thread that I was tired (it was 3 am and not to complain, but I keep putting off social appointments to make a purchase, I am doing this by CHOICE; Zen is in a much harder situation because he has to work long hours and NOT by choice but due to others negligence but while it upset me a bit I understand his reaction). Well, for what it's worth at this point, I'm sorry I chastised you... I just need to get back into the real swing of things... building these things and shipping them. The rest of this minutia is really testing my resolve!

Again, I'm sorry.

Lets all be happy.. :) The best things in life are well worth waiting for.
(I waited a whole year separated by 1/2 a continent from the love of my life.. and he was totally worth the wait!) <3

Zen is super frustrated because of situations almost completely out of his control.. that is an absolutely terrible place to be, especially when it's related to your financial and emotional happiness at the same time. Now that (cross fingers and toes) the road blocks have been broken down it should be smoother sailing... but please keep in mind that all of this crud put Zen quite a bit back on time. Ever try to get ahold of the cable company to fix an issue? Like a real person that will actually help you? Now times that frustration by 30 and you might have some idea what Zen's had to deal with to get his e-commerce back up and running.

And I know people are anxious and excited like kids waiting for Christmas, and Zen is our real life Santa with the awesome beard to match!
But try to be careful in how you word things, it's very easy to miss-read intent and emotion in the written word like this.

I am so glad my faith in you wasn't misplaced! As i said, i truely believe you are a fair and nice guy! But crap with everything you have beenthrough you deserve as much forgiveness as possible! I am glad you tookwhat I said as it was meant. Not as criticism but just bringing a misunderstanding to the front! you are awesome Zen!

There is no need to say sorry. I understand. It took me a while, but I got there :). The cultural divide is the LAST thing anybody thinks about when they have 1000s of things running around their mind. Sorry for creating such a ruckus.

One day, when there is less stress for you, I hope to be able to share with you how the simple process of hoping for a Zenesis has made my life happier and richer.
