Basic, and maybe a somewhat silly question for ya'll... Do you just stand your Zenesis up on its end cap/button when not in hand, do you lay it down on its side (seems like it would leak?), or do most of you have some kind of cradle or more stable stand for it? Knowing me, I'd inadvertently swing into it, knock it over or off the table and break something.

My CRS disease is acting up again… Did I read in here somewhere that Zen~ was going to have some wooden stands available at some point?

I don't know if it's recommended, but I use the toothpick mod. It's the only mod I had to do with my Zenesis. It's very complicated! I take a toothpick and cut it a little shorted then the length of the center post, then insert it into the hole. Works like a champ. After that modification I can carry it in my pocket and lay it down where ever w/o a problem.;)

Make sure you walk it as you played it, not backwards... Years ago I lost something on the back nine and walked the course from the green of the 18th hole backwards to the 10th tee but it wasn't until I walked it like I played it that I remembered a "detour" my fairway shot had taken on the 16th hole & wha-la... I found what I'd lost!

Food for thought... Good luck!!
Yea, I did that today, trying to remember each shot I hit last time...still nothing, I fear it may be lost forever.... Reward is still posted at the course...maybe

quick question: (did a search couldnt find the answer)

Im about to get on a plane to Portland, cani take my Standard? Or will it get confiscated? i was thinking of taking the Standrd abuot 3/4 full plus a small 5ml bottle.

any help?

As someone that goes through this often...maybe I can help....

On my china trip, I drained it and packed it in it's case inside of my carry on...had zero problems. I had my LV for the plane ride, and all I had to do was take it apart so they could see it and how it works.....but that wasn't until the third trip through an x-ray machine in China...not the states. I have never had a problem with my Orion or any other mod going through security....with or without juice. Occasionally they wipe it down searching for explosive (simply as a precaution on their part...and I'm good with that). Once explained that it is an ecig device...they are usually more curious than anything since they don't see many pvs like that.

Basically...you should be fine. If you want to carry it full, put it in the bin with the rest of your things....out where they can immediately see it. If you want to make sure nothing happens, drain it and keep it in it's case in a carry on.

so I am curious. why are you rebuilding it? I mean what is making you do it? Flavor loss? something else?

glad to have you back!

To be honest, I could clean it and get it back right....but my reasoning is drop in flavor and vapor. It still has flavor, but not as clean as a fresh wick. Plus I want to put a little thicker wick in it than I have now....just feel like playing. :p

And btw...thanks OB....glad to be back! :D

Where you walking, or riding? Did you ever take your bag off the cart if you were riding? Might make a difference as to where it may have bounced...

I made this for mine to prevent a knock over. Going to make a couple more strewn around the house, so as one less thing to carry.

A heavy stainless steel one would be nice. Would compliment the Zen nicely too :)

That looks great! Is it wood? I have tried to look for something similar, candle holders, whatever, but not much luck.

You have a wood laith? (Did I speill that rite?)

I'd still knock that over lol I'm super clumsy and I knock my silver bullet over all the time. I'm looking for one that will hold the apv and a bottle of juice. Two holes gives good solid wide bottom to keep it up right lol. Need one for nightstand and one for desk.
