I have these two messages, but no spinner over them... at the credit card info area, I have a spinner, but just blank space... should I go back to square one??? been spinning now for about 30 minutes....

Trying selecting a different shipping method... this causes the 3 boxes to reload that data again. Eventually they should all come up and be ready to enter your info.

Not sure if you know this but your https:/ is reading as insecure Zen~ - just a heads up.

And the crappy hosted cart won't even splurge for a wildcard cert.

Between this and other peoples sessions being leaked, you need to seriously consider another cart.

K, i'll try.. hard to explain in a post. Im not sure how it works in any other browser but... If you using chrome and on the checkout screen you need each of the three boxes (shipping, total, and cc) to load without error. When you first get to the screen you have to select shipping method. Once you select it all the wheels start turning. If you get an error message (pop up box telling you it had problems processing/configuring) for any of those wheels you wont be able to check out properly.

What I did was select parcel shipping... wheels turned... got an error... then selected priority shipping... got an error.... kept doing this until the shipping selection, total, and credit card boxes all came up with no errors. Entered my information at this point. I then hit the checkout button and error boxes popped up but all my info was still there. I had not received an email and my card hadnt been processed at this point. So waited a few moments and hit checkout again.... Same errors. I repeated this about 5 or 6 times until the order finally went through ( checking my bank and email each time to make sure an order didnt process already before I tried again ).

Im assuming this is going to be confusing but maybe it will help someone. It worked for me.

I thought I did all that but then it said your checkout configuration has changed choose another shipping method. UUUGGGHH!!

It's stunning that there is a business with items to sell, buyers who are clamoring for those items while waving money around (literally begging to be able to pay for them), and e-commerce is unable to accomplish the transaction.

Zen~, I say go back to lists and use Postal money orders. It may be slower but it sure as hell won't be anywhere near as irritating as the weeks-long ecommerce nightmare everyone is trapped in.

CLICK REFRESH RATES, keep doing it after clearing any error popups.

Please review your shipping options and try again.

I got that.. you have to click "refresh rates" on the shipping method and select your rate again.. hopefully all boxes load clean and you can enter your info.. then check out..
