Not upside down, just horizontal, like you would with a cig. The wick will be completly submerged in the liquid. Nothing will leak out.
Doesn't have to be upside down... Just role the wick to the bottom side so you know your getting juice and tilt the bottom just past the horizontal. That's what I'm doin' anyway.... Seems to be workin'.

If you've never used an atomizer, they take a little getting use to, but...
It sounds like a short to me. Fiddle with the coils. Make sure they're all glowing about the same. If one isn't as bright as the others...move it a bit until it is. Just keep vaping it. Once the wick is gunked up nicely...it will ROCK. Hit the switch, get the coils glowing and tilt it so the juice puts the coil out. Repeat as often as necessary to gunk up the wick.
NOTHING is easier or better to vape than a Zenesis.
my coil is lighting up from the top down. in Zen's video it lights from the bottom up. And the last coil doesn't light up.
Make sure your air hole is lined up with the wick. Then make sure you have the wick and air hole facing DOWN and the zen~ logo UP when you vape. You want the wick submerged in liquid while you vape. Keep it wet.

Stormie...they will be doing the same with me when I get one. Don't feel badly. I've never used anything like this and I know I'll have problems. You're going to LOVE this when you get it going.
That happens. The juice is down there. Just nudge it a bit and it will light up. Just keep hitting the button, light the coils, release, hit the button....just pulsate the switch until they all light. Sometimes the bottom coil won't glow because it's wet from the juice.
Ok everything is glowing now. I'm tipping it. Vapor up went up my nose while I was adjusting the coils but other than that it's not so bad. I think I might have it now.
