Yeah I opened the switch, took out one of the small magnets, and cleaned it thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol. It was clean to begin with. I'm finding now that if I push the switch HARD then it fires solid if that helps.
Erro, I would suggest cleaning it with Noalox for maximum, electrical conductivity instead of alcohol. Also, I took my firing screw to the hardware store and bought the exact same kind only a few mms longer in length. Mine fires perfect every time. Hope this helps...

Don't use Nolalox, it will make it worse, it will gunk up and get dirty. If at all you want to use that only a tiny little bit on your threads, that's all. don't put it inside your switch! Noalox is not for cleaning, it is used for aluminium connections to not get stuck.....just my 2 cents.....

Noalox is always to be wiped off very good... If it is done properly, it will not "gunk" anything up!
Keep the change!
Oh and a word to the wise...
I wouldn't be selling any Zeneses for triple the OG price on the Classys either!!!:glare:

STOKED.

Thank you Zen, for the AYS... it is amazing. Thank you kcos for the awesome driptips... you both made my night. Today, my other genisis mod's tank cracked from my 30% menthol DIY. Bumming hard all day during my 13hr shift, especially since I neglected to bring a backup... the only thing that kept me going was knowing that my AYS was at home waiting for me.

Got home, hit it a few times with the stock coil, removed it, wrapped a 3/4 coil, first try, no hotspots. SO GOOD. No worries about tanks cracking from my gnarly mix. Been ripping it all night, can't put it down, can't go to sleep.

Thanks again Zen, can't wait to get my hands on a Z-atty-P and a Zen Standard... been using all SS mods for a while now and the weight is minimal... and the open draw cap took seconds to get used to... mouth draw, lung draw.. no matter, hits great everytime. Need more Zens in my lineup, ASAP.

If they are both ceramic, they should be about the same.

I just ordered 3 of the ones off Zen's site. Not sure if they are ceramic or not. They sure are Purty though! Purple swirl, Blue swirl and Black swirl. So at least I'll have a tip for when ASH arrives. I will probably have chewed them all down to the nub with anticipation though :)
