Welcome My Friend & One of The Nicest Members on ECF!!!
Yeah clean as a whistle. I actually have 7 AW imr 18350 700mAh batteries all in pristine condition. Similar results with all of them that I have tried.
Erro, I would suggest cleaning it with Noalox for maximum, electrical conductivity instead of alcohol. Also, I took my firing screw to the hardware store and bought the exact same kind only a few mms longer in length. Mine fires perfect every time. Hope this helps...Yeah I opened the switch, took out one of the small magnets, and cleaned it thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol. It was clean to begin with. I'm finding now that if I push the switch HARD then it fires solid if that helps.
Noalox is always to be wiped off very good... If it is done properly, it will not "gunk" anything up!Don't use Nolalox, it will make it worse, it will gunk up and get dirty. If at all you want to use that only a tiny little bit on your threads, that's all. don't put it inside your switch! Noalox is not for cleaning, it is used for aluminium connections to not get stuck.....just my 2 cents.....
and the battery does not rattle or is loose inside the tube?
My battery rattles and moves around.
Good Morning!!
i cant wait to try the ASH!! Anyone no the difference between the kcos Ping and the Ming ceramic drip tips? Which one is longer? Hard to tell from the site.
Thanks,
Chris
If they are both ceramic, they should be about the same.
