Katz, if your son wouldn't mind using a Chrome Silver Bullet, I can ship it to you FREE of charge. I only used this Silver Bullet for like 3 days. Just send me a PM with your address and I can ship to you.

That is awfully nice of you. But what will you use for a backup if the zombie invasion happens?

Zenesis Cleaning Process - Full teardown and rebuild.

Hello Zenfidels!!

Here is the complete process for tearing down and cleaning your Zenisis for best taste and maximum performance. If you're unclear on any of the steps, please feel free to ask me and I will try to explain it better. Now, without further delay, let's get started.

1. Get everything you are going to need ready so that it is on hand for when you need it. For this process you need a Phillips Screwdriver, something to pull o-rings, the wrenches Zen~ included to remove/install coils, 2 clean rags, a small container of water (if you want to clean the wick before installing it again), some rubbing alcohol, your favorite anti-gall/anti-oxidation product and of course your Zenesis.

IMG_0448.JPG

2. Remove the mouthpiece and top cap. Rinse in water and set aside to dry.
IMG_0449.JPG

3. Remove the switch and battery and set aside.
IMG_0450.JPG

4. Remove the coil and wick. Discard the coil and clean the wick by heating it with your torch till it is glowing red hot for about 20 seconds. Dunk the wick in water and repeat till it looks like new. If you prefer, you can replace the wick as well, but for now just set it aside.
IMG_0451.JPG

5. Remove the o-ring that holds the top cap in place, rinse in water and set aside.
IMG_0452.JPG
IMG_0453.JPG

6. Remove the tank, rinse in water, dry with a clean soft towel and set aside. Rinse and dry the Zenesis parts that were in and around the tank as well (you may remove the o-rings as well if you want to get it really clean in all the nooks and crannies).
IMG_0454.JPG

7. Replace the o-rings, lube lightly with juice and replace the tank. I decided to get creative and change my o-rings to glow in the dark ones. ;)
IMG_0455.JPG

I wish they photographed better, lol, they look COOL!!!
IMG_0486.JPG

8. Take the switch apart, clean all the parts with alcohol and a wipe dry with a clean cloth. Then apply anti-oxidation compound of choie (I use a fiberglass brush to clean and apply no-alox) and re-assemble the switch.

IMG_0469.JPG

Use a rubber jar opening sheet to hold the Zenesis switch securely so you can get the screw sufficiently tight without marring your switch.
IMG_0470.JPG

9. Clean the screw inside the battery tube with a brush or with a cloth slightly wet with alcohol.
***DO NOT EVER REMOVE THIS SCREW - YOU CAN DAMAGE THE THREADS OR THE INSULATORS AND RENDER YOUR ZENESIS INOPERABLE OR IN NEED OF REPAIR IF YOU REMOVE THIS SCREW***
IMG_0472.JPG

10. Clean and apply anti-oxidation compound to the threads in the bottom of the Zenesis.
IMG_0473.JPG

11. Fill with your favorite juice and re-install the wick and coil.
IMG_0456.JPG
IMG_0457.JPG

IMG_0458.JPG

12. Replace the battery and switch and work any shorts out. When done it should look like this. :)
IMG_0460.JPG

13. Tip and fire till the wicking kicks in. Notice the coils are not glowing anywhere when wet with juice and wicking nicely.
IMG_0461.JPG
IMG_0462.JPG

14. Put the top cap and drip tip back on and admire the clean cloud machine.
IMG_0474.JPG

15. Now that you've enjoyed looking at it for a few seconds, give your Zenesis a pull. It should look something like this.

I hope you enjoyed the break-down of how I clean my Zenesis :)

Lol,

It wouldn't be a problem at all, Katz. It's just sitting in my drawer not being used. I rather give to someone that will make good use of it. To tell you the truth, I've searching for someone to hand this PV to instead of selling it.
