Poor little thing:( Wouldn't pee in your car on purpose, it is just because she is so scared. There is no way you can remove the splinter yourself?

We tried, but she wouldn't let us. However, the one advantage of her being a total scardy-cat around stranger is that she's totally cowed and compliant at the vet's. Fortunately, it appears that there's nothing immediately wrong with her, other than a little swelling, so she either managed to work it out with her tongue herself, or the other alternative is that it's actually a bug/spider bite (from whapping at one out back) and the bit of bark we saw was just "along for the ride".

I know she's just ...... cuz she's scared, but I still don't understand why it only happens on the way home... you'd think she'd pee in terror on the way there. I suppose it could be "...... in relief", though.

Her name is Mouse - and she weighs 14 pounds. :)

NICE! I was terribly ill in February and then in April I blew out my back so I am SOL with PTO days... until January 1

I go to work when I'm sick just so i don't have to use my vacation days.. LOL I operate CNC's so I'm really around too many people at work anyways!
