Hey! Looks like I caught up, at least for the moment!

So - made pizza tonight. Discovered that most of my pizza meats had "expired" (some quite some time ago; good thing pizza cooks in a very hot oven or the kids would have found their perfect end last week), so I improvised.

I'm sure I'm not the first by a long shot, but first for me - Chili Pizza!!!
Made from Monday's left-over rather heavy-on-the-meat chili and standard pizza ingredients (a bit heavy on the sauce and cheese).

I'd post photos, but it disappeared too quickly... Anywho, it's a tasty idea for those wondering what to do with their leftover chili.
