Spring is metal w/ no coating to my knowledge... Pic taken with my phone and built in flash so it's prob. the lighting.
As best I can tell the center post measures just a touch over 1/2"..... 33/64ths. (That's sliding a slip of paper down next to it, marking and measuring.)
I'm completely puzzled... send me a PM, please... I won't bite!
Ah... I see what your saying about high tension.
I recently tried some of the raspberry bacco and loved it. I just got some tea berry in, but haven't tried it yet. I also picked up some of the Berry menthol.... WOW... Like biting into mouthful of menthol cough drops! Pretty tasty though and a nice break in the action. And I wasn't a menthol smoker either, but this is pretty good.
Well, ya like my juice... now all we have to do is get your PV working so you can REALLY enjoy it!
Good morning!
Mr. P, what wattage do you think is your sweet spot? Or is the W word banned as well?
What temperature was the sweet spot when you smoked cigs?
In leu of the ZAP and the fact that there are some of us experimenting with other gauges of wire besides for 32, I think the ban on talk of ohms and volts should be reconsidered.
OK, I reconsidered it...
No...
This is a NO MATH, no Science zone... thanks... the management...
Hey guys any word on the z-atty-pro for the April preorders list still no notification by Zen
April pre-orders have not been notified... look for good news tonight.
I haven't gotten mine either bud, and I'm pretty sure I'm on the march list :/
And you would be wrong... I'm absolutely certain you're on the April list...
No notice here either and I am on the list also. It should be soon. Fingers crossed!!!
April list, yes...
I saw this on Another forum
And think its a great idea!!!
Chris
And I don't... follow the instructions in my coil basics video EXACTLY, and you'll be in vaping heaven... the method you have shown is a work-around for people that don't have the patience to do it correctly, you will never have sufficient coil/mesh contact using the screw method.
I mean, I was getting dry hits every couple of hits from the get go. I thought I would just let the wick break in a little more, but now it's been three days. I also notice that once my tank drops below about 1/4 full, it happens a lot more often. It leads me to suspect its a wicking issue.
But, can't really change the wick without changing the coil. That was the thing, I was trying to just vape it, but I think I might have to change the wick.
Change NOTHING... when you learn how to make the original setup work, you will have learned a skill that you will need moving forward... EVERY MESH AND COIL, unless it is worn out, can be made to vape perfectly... take the time and have the patience to work through it. I can get straight VG to wick on a 500x500 mesh...
I'm actually surprised that there are two wrenches rather than one that fit both screws. But I'm sure Zen had his reasons. Always found it a bit curious.
Yep, I had my reasons! The ground screw which is turned down from a larger head only comes in one size allen head... the center post screw is only available in the other size... thus two wrenches... and I really did buy 500 of each size... that must have surprised the industrial supply house when the order came in!
By the way, some peeps are having trouble with the positive Allen wrench/screw fitting... there's a TINY bit of flash on some of the screw heads and you'll need to shove the wrench in there good the first time, after that it will fit better... it IS the correct size wrench I included... the screws in some cases are slightly off.
Diet Coke on the rocks, pleez. Actually, make it a double!
A man after my own heart.
