Zen, it pains me that you feel an angry mob brewing. I can see that taking time away from this thread community has not completely eradicated the issues though and you are not about to sit around and wait for it to get worse. Well, I know it is a bit of a departure for them, but Good Prophets has a sub-forum and many many posts praising his customer service - and he's pretty close to you geographically. That's the only one that came to mind immediately.

Was gonna wait till I was fully caught up to speak up but might as well now that I'm here. Uma sounded out of character earlier. With all the hardships she's endured lately, I really hope she's ok. Someone asked about Stormie earlier. She packed it in and sold her AYS. No, I didn't buy it. I told her that I found one and that someone else have a shot. Someone else did and is very happy. Good luck tomorrow Katz.I know that giving up the stinkies put in a funk with all of the chronic fatigue symptoms this whole last winter. Was a form of depression from giving up smoking. I am just coming around to my normal self now.

And I second (third?) Vicki from Cignots - excellent customer service. Have had good experiences with VaporKings and Mom and Pop (they may just do juice though).

I do have retail experience. I have a brick and mortar location already and I could easily hire someone to handle the load.

I imagine I could handle it. I would just have to discuss the logistics with zen.

Plus have a history of excellent customer service.

The minus is that I do not have a forum and subforum.

It is very difficult to both manufacture and handle all the customer service issues at the same time.

If you want GREAT customer service, Cignot. Fastest shipping I've ever seen too. I do not know if Cignot has a sub-forum though.

It's Elmhurst. If this happens I'm asking Vicki and Rob (I think he's the one in charge of the BandM) for a job specifically to deal with Zen's devices and customer service. Nothing would make me happier.

It would also give me a chance to make their site prettier.

I couldn't agree more and she does have a sub-forum. I order all my eGo stuff from Vicki and always have it in about 3days of ordering.
