I was the same way... Then I started participating on TotalVapingNetwork. I've won juice, a DOD kit, and an HH.357. Of course, TVN is "free" to participate, so there's that...
Raffles are a great way to maintain a kitty for future prizes, web hosting, etc. I can't fault kcos. Participate if you want to, don't otherwise.

The Dragon is going to have the AW IMR 26500 battery and 12ml tank....with some kind of special touch and Color. Red/Orange? Iridescent? Engraved Dragon? Dragon symbol?
Way back, when zen~ was talking about the Limited and Dragon releases, I asked if the 2012 Limited was going to have a 12ml tank like the 2011 Limited has? The answer was "NO, so that should give people a hint about the Dragon." (paraphrased, but close )
That means the Dragon will be the size of the 2012 Limited and use the same size battery and have something special to represent the Year of the Dragon. The simplified Dragon symbol: 龙
