Hi everyone, I was busy today digging a trench through rocky ground, i just woke up from passing out cold. What did I miss? The auction is still on I see.

My Titanium broke down, suddenly the switch got so hot my finger almost burned and had to drop the unit. The whole body became like burning hot I took a towel, quickly unscrewed the switch and found the plastic connector in the switch melted. The battery was totally stuck in the tube and after it was cooled down, I was able to take it out. so much for enjoying my unit......

Emonty, hope you get your titanium sorted. That AW battery looks bad, did the accident cause the label to peel off like that?

Yesterday morning before I had my caffeine buzz, I wasn't paying attention and I loaded an 18650 flat top backwards, the tube got red hot and immediately fried the switch and blew the cap off a newish e-power pv. My first vaping battery incident, I'm not proud of it.


I don't have a single zenesis yet, and already want to get 2 just in case

.... the only other thing i can think of is the insulator between the positive post and the body then.. might have a crack letting an arc in.. kinda like a spark plug wire of a car... i lil crack and it will arc.

I wonder if there is a little piece of delrin or something like it used as an insulator thru the body for the positive side, and it got melted at the same time as the switch????
