I'm not allowed to be lazy, today is my 3 year anniversary with my girlfriend, I honestly have no clue how she put up with me for so long.. glad she did tho... were bout to go meet up with her fam at some campground.. should be a fun time. Hopefully we will be in some shade.
Kinda make sense that it would help as nothing has been able to lift my sad or down in the dumps mood completely since I quit smoking. I am really counting on it.
From all that I have read, it may or may not work for you, but it won't be a "negative" thing per se. The only negative would be that you don't notice a difference. I, on the other hand, notice a difference--a very pleasantly good difference. I can't wait to hear how you all experience it.

Me too, it kinda dumped my day upside down. It was already almost there though, this just pushed it over the edge. I have been thoroughly enjoying this thread, even with all of the little bumps along the way. Human bumps. Family bumps. They happen all the time in families and we need to remember that here because this is a big family here!!!
What does not cheer me up about any of that at all is missing the people that are leaving....and the fact that it almost seems like he himself wanted to leave and not come back
