Most likely would need to wrap a new coil with more wraps, if that is the problem.
riot, Zen is going to sell through distributors soon. hit the notify me option and fill it out. The next time you get a notification, it will mean a distributor has been picked up and you will be instructed by that vendor on where to buy. about 4 weeks for those.... give or take 
I put an adapter on an Ego and put the ZAU on it....nothing. The coils don't appear to be getting read, no heat, no nothing. The coil?
Yeah, you need to rewrap - and add 1 or 2 more than what it has . . . (if it has 5 wraps, try 6 etc.)
I think you are running it on a 5 volt mod. You probably popped the coil.

That's what I was afraid of. Let me get this straight. Most people use these for weeks or months without having to wrap a new coil. I place it to my lips, hit the button once....and I need a new coil? Jaysus....which vaping God did I p*zz off?
That's going to be hot if the st is not vv . . . . I don't know how many wraps you need to handle that . . . .

OK, it seems as if we have a consensus. Using double stacked batteries (a "Zen No-No") has "popped" a coil, thereby requiring my dumb a** to now attempt to recoil my new ZAU after the first use? Does that sound about right?
