Ok, Wow. I've managed to read a good chunk of this MASSIVE thread, and I can say this... Zen, you're a stand up guy! I'm looking forward to owning a Zenesis "Something" some day. As I refuse to pay the troll fees of the gougers, that may be some time from now. But that's ok by me!

thanks to the 'absynthe' flavor, the anise is slight, moreso because there are citrus flavors involved as well

Spent yesterday and the night before without AC...ugh ! I am a hot weather person, but in Florida with the humidity, you really need the AC.

I would too if you were closer...learned to cook when I was 12 thx to asking my ma to teach me I worked for a few restaurants when I was young, one being a saute chef for a 5 star back in the early '80s...
