Landlord, I'm sorry to hear about your back. The same thing happened to me once when I bent over trying to put on one of my former girlfriends shoes. The best thing you can do is to try and relive some of the stress in your lower back. There is one way that this can be done quite easily....You have to be extremely careful though, lest you end up with an x-ray like the one in my avatar.

Yep! Let me tell you, it carries a lot of weight. When I go home and look in the fridge and see a box of wine with lipstick on the tap of it, there is doubt to me that not only is my mom cool, but she would also be a fairly good judge of what "cool" is.
