Be very careful if you go above 48mg nicotine.. I wear the nitrile gloves with the 48mg but I would want a haz-mat suit for anything higher IMO..

Callahan, do you dry burn a lot? I find that the wicks I dry burn most are the ones that get the most brittle.

Hard to say... I guess I dry-burned that coil about 5 or 6 times. Initially I did several cleanings and dry-burnings on it, but then quit. I suspect the water quenching didn't do the flexibility of the mesh any good.

I'm doing a 4 coil wrap around a 400x400 wick can a 5 or 6 coil wrap be done to produce more vapor? It's way better then my Persei BY FAR!! I'm not getting any shorts and it's vaping great but I'm seeing people steam rolling it, is that do to the PG/VG mix as well? If so I'm using 40/60.

I mix with 100mg. If your careful and use gloves, mask and eye protection you will be OK. If you have children or grandchildren around you may want to think twice..

I've already decided to just ease up on the cleaning, and save it for the rare occasions I switch flavors from one extreme to another - like my wife's cinnamon vs. my usual English toffee....

Re: Juice - I've considered DIY, but my friend is a vendor and if I have a hankerin' for something unusual I can just drive over and we can 'speriment. Actually, I need to get together with him sometime soon as he has not yet had the opportunity to sample the Zenesis and it's effect on flavors (of course like most vendors his juice is "tuned" to regular attys/cartos, and his regular device is an eGo) - some of his stuff is kind of nasty in the Zen device (i.e. his vanilla is exemplary on a 510 LR atty; tastes like burnt rubber in the Zen)... he might want to start thinking about a "Genesis Compatible Line" to add to the storefront.

I just have to catch him on a weekend when he's not on his newly-acquired boat... apparently the juice biz is doing right by him...

well, i pulled an EMMA. no tools at work. coil needed fixin. had to wrap a pr of pliers and loosen the top cap. the zap now only has 4 coils and the voltage had to be turned way down
