A small brag.......
I made my first perfect coil today. I've been using my less than perfect ones until I short one out trying to make it better, or just got totally irritated with it. They would work, but required constant fiddling and I was getting dry hits now and again. So, this morning I tried once again. So far, this one is working perfectly. This is about the 5th coil I've made...........I think one of my problems with the earlier coils was that the wraps were not straight across, but at an angle and I never could get a paper clip slid in the middle of the wick to make the wraps easier. This morning I used a large staight pin. I quilt so I have thousands of them laying around........LOL........YEAH, success at last........
I love when the heavy hitters shock the lightweights with the quantity they vape... A person vaping 2-4 ml per day ALWAYS thinks the juice hogs are exagerating!
I remember a thread a while back with a subject like "how much do you vape" and I said 12-13ml/day... And I was flat out attacked by people calling me a liar.
When I first started vaping a 10ml bottle lasted me 5 days... I couldn't have imagined vaping that in a day!
Question of the day to everyone. How long will it take you to vape a gallon? ?

so when wrapping coils do most of you wrap at a angle or straight across like dearme said?

I don't think anyone is exaggerating I was just saying 5-7mls of 24mg gives me nic od and I was no light weight smoker.

So anyway... A quick update here and then I'll update the Zen Alerts...
This weekend I built 50 PVs... And I sent out 50 payment notifications. Today I shipped 31 PV in total, plus 2 that are held for bash fest deliveries. I'm waiting on payment from 17 people who I have not heard from yet... They have until wednesday to pay or move to the back of the line.
There are 53 other marchies that have not received payment notifications. Those PVs are complete with the exception of switches and final testing.
Here's the part that stings a little... I have in stock 56 switch bodies, and all of them will not fit the new switch buttons because they were in spec for the old button, but out of spec for the new one. I cannot complete the remaining 53 PVs until I have switch housings that fit the new buttons.
I have parts coming to build 250 PVs for inventory... The switch housings for that order are due to hit the final operation tomorrow, and they are going to ship me the first 55 that are completed as soon as they are done, so we don't have a huge wait... It's any day now... I expect them to ship by Wednesday at the latest.
So there are 28 future mini owners and 25 standard owners that are in a very short holding pattern. I am sure some of the folks that have not paid will not pay on time... And as soon as the deadline hits, some of you will get payment notification.
I hate bringing bad news like this, but there's not much I can do about it except let you know where we stand in the process.
I will be really glad when the lists are gone forever... This part at the end is the part I have the hardest time dealing with.
As one of the Marchies awaiting his payment request I can only say I want my Zenesis yesterdayJust playing with you Zen, I understand and appreciate you letting us know, it's something that's out of your control so there's no need for you to stress over it lol.
Don't feel bad, you're doing a stand up job! I can't imagine the logistics involved in getting all this off the ground![]()
This is counterintuitive and completely believable at the same time![]()
Perhaps because as the years wear on with smoking, the lean is to "cut back", and as we are freed from much of the guilt and/or social condescension of smoking, and move on to what I consider an even more enjoyable diversion, many of us tend to realize we can "do it as much as we want", which we then in fact, do.![]()

If I had known we may not have been here at all!
This weekend when I was putting together PVs... My friend Al, he's a machinest that helps me out, reminded me of the time when we were at VaperCon in Richmond... I figured if things went well I would sell about 10 PVs per month.
