I should add that it's important to remember that this isn't the last mod Zen~ will ever make. Go back to the early pages and you'll find pix of the many devices he's already created. The Zenesis is only the current iteration.

I think some of us (me included with my request for a carbon fiber version ) are getting a little out of hand and are close to putting the cart in front of the horse. Rather than worrying about what else we all want right now, let's just sit back and let the man get his first production runs successfully built and delivered. He needs to recoup his financial outlays, his peace of mind, and his sleep After that, he'll get going on the other devices he's already mentioned such as the Dragon.

yes. this. I think we all need to relax a bit ( I totally include myself first in this statement) and just let this one get built and into our hands.

We can talk about options and other designs later. I just want to get one at this point. (or maybe more than one )

So I have a Zenesis standard on loan from zen. Well zen you know I ever liked a bottom button mod LOL But after using your Zenesis I'm liking it more and more. I love the way this mod works. It hits every time and no fiddly with anything the setup couldn't be easier. I have a few genesis type mods and the draw on this one is by far my favorite. I still think for me the smaller size of the Mini will be perfect. But I will tell you right now your not going to be able to pry this out of my hands until you replace it with my new Mini. LOL. Once you go Zenesis you never go back. Thanks for the loan zen.

I did not mean my statement to be a shot at any of you. I meant me too.

I just think we need to let Zen do what he is doing, and do what he knows is right for now. We can talk changes/improvements once we get these in our hot little hands and see what needs to be done.

We should be excited that he is taking input from us. Some mod makers would not even do this. I think ultimately time will tell if any changes need to be made, and if so, what.

Little late to the party, but aside from the standard Zenesis, I'll be ordering the dragon and the other zenesis mod being released this year. I'll try to get a limited if I can get on the list.

Very cool... has it been tested with temperature extremes?

I have not built it to test it yet, on the drawing board, but tempratures are not a problem with pyrex. The sudden stop on the other hand is. But this should handle a 3' drop with out breaking the way it is designed.

Well I will give it back but not until I have my Mini in hand first LOL.

My comments weren't directed at you or anyone else individually but rather all of us, myself prominently included. With the first major batch close to completion and shipping and the excitement level moving up into the frothing lather range, I just want Zen~ spending less time fending off our ideas for him and more time doing what he has to do. I freely admit that this is partially for selfish reasons since I'm in the February group

I certainly didn't mean to shut anyone down, readmermaid, and I'm sure OB didn't either. The more folks hear about this and get interested, the more will want to buy it. As Zen~ sells more of his pv's and z-attys he'll have more working capital to produce more pv's. As he produces new and different pv's we'll have more choices. So I'm glad you're not lurking anymore, readmermaid. Spread the word!

Opinions, and specifically differences of opinions are what make this country great.

That is why I said my comments were not directed at anyone in particular, and why I was taking aim at myself first. I hope I did not offend anyone. We tend to get (over)excited about these new technologies and want them right now and the way we want them.

We are excited about the new products. I for one, have bought into not just a product, but a person with who I believe is creating something great, safe and innovative. We sometimes have to put trust in someone else and I have read enough to put my trust in Zen. Now we just have to wait, get the product and then trust that he will make the changes he sees fit and necessary, if necessary at all.

Ill get off my pedestal now. Now I just go back to being anxious and impatient oh yeah, and excited.
