Ok one last request. To someone who owns the zen standard. Because I can't see pics on forums and becuase I am trying to get an acual size. Can someone put this thing with tip on, standing up right next to a beer can? I don't have to be at home to know how tall a beer can is lol. If so I would like to get a picture emailed to me.

You just made me very thirsty with this post...

The standard is 6.25"... So just shooting from the hip, add another 2-2.5" to your beer can. Unfortunately I am waiting with the rest of the febers to get mine.

All my chargers are trustfire.
Just a question.. What's everyone saying ” don't let it trickle charge” for?
If the charger works properly, what's it matter?
In my line of work, a trickle charge is better, you get a much better charge that way.
For about 2 years, I've put my batteries in the charger over night, only lost 2 due to not holding a charge well enough.
Not questioning anyone, just wondering if I missed something.

I am one of those people who stalks the mailman at every turn until he comes to my door. Heck I'm surprised that I haven't planted a gps tracker in him yet... Anyways, updates like these are the best news mod stalkers can get. Thanks Zen!
I work for the PO and I know the guys downtown are trying to figure out how to imbed a GPS tracker in the carriers too!

Mike I've been using one of the forbidden Aw ic 18650 2600 mah.Till my Aw 2000 arrived.I don't understand it at all.
Drott, I know Wonderlite still has the 1600mah ones if you want to go that route. I'm curious to find out why the 2000's aren't working for you though? I just got a couple of them, so I'll be watching for an answer.

I can tell you why from experience.

I left 2 AW IMR 14500s on my Trustfire charger with the green light on and it cooked them past well done to quiet dead. A week later I had the Pila.

Some people have no problem with leaving the batts on the charger, others have the same problem you had... The Pila is never going to do that. It's the best choice.

But there is life without a Pila... It only requires that you take the battery off charge when the light turns green!

I have these cheap chargers that have never cooked a battery... Yet... I also have a LOT of batteries in case the charger decides to fail me.

And I know I should get a Pila... In fact... While I'm thinking about it, I'm going to order it right now, before adult ADD has me looking for sources for clear ceramic radomes.

You won't have the problem... She has an early production version and the battery isn't quite fitting... I'll solve her problem in PM... The mass produced ones can't have this issue...

The minute she said that a battery that is nearly 3mm longer is working I knew what we're up against.

the trustfire can trickle charge at to high of a rate and push the cell above the celing of 4.2v which can and will cause catastrophic failure, in most cases...
