The battery fix with emery works, I also used it a little on the head of the screw.

I may try that instead of the Noalox.
I had noaloxed it first, but that did not fix my issue, so I cleaned it all off. In the past I actually have had PV's perform worse because of to much noalox. I used my wife's emory board to clean both terminals of the battery and the screw on the switch, just a little to polish them, and bam! I am making clouds larger then what you see in the sky, and this is with 80/20 PG/VG. Honestly, I am having to force myself to not vape it because it is working so well.
I have upcoming business trip and have to fly to San Dawg and do some work out that way and in "lovely" Yuma, Az for a few weeks... So how many out there have flown with a genisis type atomizer out there??? I have flown probably 200K with other PV's, but am curious if anyone has had issues with TSA and a hybrid? Cause now I want to take it with me!!!

simple ob.... metal oxidizes(only a few exceptions gold, rhodium, etc) this gets the oxidation layer off
Oh definitely Len!!! It takes a little while to break in the new mesh/coil, but after that it's nothing but clean tasting happiness and clouds of vapor!
your new here... we gotta speak to ob in very simple terms. this whole vaping thing is confusing to him. love you though ob...lol
has anyone tried it with a kick. If so how well does it work and what voltage do you use?
nine inch nails and i have used this handle since i was 13.... now back on topic lol...
im planing on getting the kick just for battery regulation. otherwise i may kill batteries by using them too long.

I'll probably drop my kick in this weekend once the wick/coil is good and broken in.
