I'm not entirely sure this is the correct forum to discuss cellphone charges.

I know but just wanted to give my fellow zenfidels a heads up. If it bothers anyone I will delete it.

Edit: not trying to discuss about charges. I consider everyone here as friends and a great community. I wouldn't want you guys or gals being charged unknowingly, like I was. I guess my main point is just double check you cell bill. Thats all

IF YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH THE STANDARD SWITCH AND YOU ARE USING AW IMR 18650s.

I have about 40 magnets that will help. I will mail one to you free of charge tomorrow. It will take the wobble out of the switch. This is my fix, and it has worked perfectly since I added the magnet.

If you want one, hit me up. I have to figure a way to ship them. I have to put them on something metal or they won't make it through the mail sorter. These are STRONG little magnets. I'll make it work.

If you are having trouble with your switch, I feel for you. I was, too. This will work for the 1600 mah AW IMR. I don't know abou the 2000.

It's first-come, first served. PM me to get one.

Hate to bump my own post, but in this case I think I get a pass.

I still have magnets. They will make the 1600 mah AW IMR play nice with the switch. PM me to get one. I've gotten a few requests from Marchies, which I will be happy to honor, but I'd liked to get my fellow Febbers taken care of first.

This is the "Coil Basics" video... let's all get on the same page with the basic skills first... then I will do the advanced coils next week. Later tonight I'm going to post a Standard Switch Temp Quick Fix video to hold you over until the new switch buttons arrive. The footage is taped for the switch fix, I just need to edit it.

Hi fellow Zenfidels, I have a quick question. I have the mini :toast: but I am starting to have misfires quite often. Let me describe the problem: When it fires everything is awesome, however about every 3rd hit (sometimes repeatedly) it will not fire. I checked to see if the button screw is not making contact but to the best of my knowledge it is. Another phenomena I noted; I took the cap off to see if it was firing and it was not so I held the button down and after about 10 seconds it starts to fire after about another 2 or 3 seconds it is putting out copious amounts of vapor. However, after I let go of the button it starts the misfiring again. Any suggestions?
Also to note, I read a few pages back that zen is going to have a fix for the button issue for the standards. I have a mini and the button on mine is very loose and I was wondering if that is the main problem and is it going to be addressed for the the mini owners also?

For Zen~: Please don't read this as a complaint or judgement; I think the whole Zenesis concept is awesome and I have no regrets (as a matter of fact I'm still enthralled with my mini). With every new concept there is a period of adjustment to perfect and work out the little glitches associated with first generation manufactured products. I consider myself fortunate that I am part of this "adjustment" period because I am getting in on the ground floor of a new direction in personal vaporizers. That's my :2c:; don't be so hard on yourself Zen~ our problems are relatively miner considering that we are getting ready to make the carto/atty a relic in the APV market.

The immediate solution for the problem you're having is to do what Jolly Roger suggests, but it's also been suggested to put Noalox on the screw top...

The switch fix will roll out to everybody provided they are willing to return the bogus part... I will include return mailers and postage for these parts.

I am still waiting for a fix for flooding. This thing is leaking all over the place including onto my hands. I have tried everything and no success and it's just getting a little old. I am way past frustration. Different coil wrap, tighter cap seal, 1/2 fill, plug, etc etc etc. Nothing works. I am going to have to go back to my bottom feeder until this gets fixed.

Nice job Zen~ That basically mirrors my own experience when I installed a 325 wick. I specifically wondered if it was wrong to have the positive post terminate "against the grain" of the screw but it fit so well I did it anyway. Glad to see I was right!

have you tried burning it multiple times with out the cap on? to see where the juice is feeding from?

How full is the tank when you are starting off?

This will tell me exactly how the juice is getting up top, there are a few ways it can be flooding, and I can not help with out having some clue how it is happening and while you are very descriptive about the volume of liquid you seem to ignore the aspect of how it is getting there.

Actually I am just waiting for Zen to see this - I have been posting about it for a while and I am not really in the mood to explain it to yet another person.

Wew! Drama this morning... Morning Zenfidels. I got mine working properly last night. I am having some wicking issues though. I'm using 50/50 vg/pg juice with the 325 wick. Every second hit is burnt. I then have to hold the device upside down and wait for three little air bubbles before I can hit it again. Also, when I was doing my wet burns to build up gunk, one drop of juice at the top of my wick would be at the bottom pooling up in no time flat... Maybe ya'll can help. Thanks!

After five days of this thing leaking all over the place you think I am ignoring anything? Comments like that are an inconvenience.

I think everyone is just trying to help you out. I have 2 and have had moisture in the top cap. No big deal. I have never had leakage no matter how I leave it or lay it down. All of these are made the exact same so it must be something you have done and need to start from scratch again.

If anyone does not like theirs I will gladly buy it from you. These are the best mods I have ever owned. It does take a little break in and tinkering to find ur sweet spot but once u do its amazing.

For me I had to space my wraps a little more and slide my wick up just a little bit and I wicks perfect now. I rarely get a dry hit.

So for clarity, the switch fix/redesign is for BOTH the standard and MINI? I have seen it mentioned that it was only for the standard a few times, and TCOLLEY has a MINI as do I. So we are ALL getting new switches and poly tanks... of course I will return the part...

Thanks for posting the video. Hopefully I can watch it later when I am not at work...

Could my wicking issue also be that I have the wrong wick installed? I hate to go to all the trouble of changing it only to find it makes matters worse. I did try removing a 1/4 inch section from my wick already and that did not help at all. Any input here would be great. Thanks guys.

I also tend to back to back my devices quite often. I could think that the Zenesis would be able to handle more than one small hit before I need to let it juice back up.
