You guys can have your easy chairs. I'm sittin' at the corner of the DIY juice bar so I'm within arm's reach of the battery dispenser. Now where did I put that graduated cylinder...

- Tim

It's over next to the 5000 Ml boiling flask I found in an abandoned Winnebago that was being used for cooking heisenberg blue sky...

sacha....take your time with the coil wrapping and nudging bud... follow everyone's advice, you dont need to keep swapping out wicks, stick with one and work with it.... if you did fix the shorts and vaped a while and found more, then the first ones really werent fixed if the coils were wrapped right... I had a wick that zen was using in his GG prototype, and used it for another 6 or so weeks with no problems...I wrapped a new coil each day for the first few days, just to get the hang of doing it, and I didn't even need to. never had a problem with wicking or whatever with the prototype....... when I recieved my standard, i set it up with mike, and drove home breaking it in... when I got home, I went to a 80/20 vg/pg juice and a 325 wick, put the 400 in with the spares....after the first week, I was cleaning the coil and wick after changing to a different juice, dry burned it and it had popped right at the center post screw as I let it get too hot... I wrapped another, took me a couple of proddings to get it right, and good to go...still on that same coil and wick, been cleaned 3 times (different juices lol) and still no problems, no more nudging... slow it down and be patient...once you find you have the right coil wrapping tension, the rest will be a cake walk ;) you will know when there's little to no resistance when nudging the coils, and can see they are wrapped up against the wick...
