The lady has a new polycarbonate tank!!!! WOOHOO! Hello Vape Coma!

It was SO easy to cut! I put my 3/4" dowel rod in the polycarbonate tubing...which was a PERFECT fit. It slid right in and was the perfect size for supporting the polycarb tubing. I measured 1 5/16", marked my tube and cut. It took all of 5 minutes to cut the tank. Filed the inner edge, fine sanded the cut with 2000 grit wet/dry sand paper and was finished.

This is the too thick, 1/8" wall (we need 1/16" wall thickness), but it will work for a day! It actually holds liquid too. :) I have my Zenesis back!

I used a little Rigid pipe cutter that rotates around the pipe and cuts it perfectly straight. You have to get one of these if you plan to cut any polycarbonate tubing for your Zenesis. It just couldn't be easier with this thing.

Im gonna buy a BUNCH of quartz tanks, but these are good for travel.

Im guessing I can get that cutter locally too.

Lowes probably carries them. :) If you have a Lowes or Home Depot. You might check their web site first though.

I'm stocking up on quartz tanks too. I hope he stock a LOT of them.

Looks beautiful to me :)

Thanks! I could send this one to you Monday, if you want it. Zen is giving me a tank that fits tomorrow and I have the correct size tubing coming Monday, so I won't need this one. Do you want it to replace your cracked tank? Just PM me your address if you do. :) I'll get it in the mail Monday.

Hi folks,

Just thought I'd mention that I am the parent of the newest HeaZen. My 2nd child, Oscar, was born Thursday night, 3/29 at 8:30 pm and was 22 inches long and 10 lbs, 7 oz when he arrived
Mama and baby are doing fine, dad has slept less than 90 minutes in the last 40 hours or so.

- Tim

P.S. Zen~, no offense but I hope he never needs to become a customer ;)

AWESOME!!! Congrats Tim!!!
