Another user took a large o-ring that fit around the outside of the topcap, can be done with a small rubber and as well, not so classy looking but functional...cover a Lil, half, or most of the hole and voila adjustable draw till you can get the adjustable from zen...
There was also another Zen approved mod to the hole where you can cut a small section (thickness of top cap) of a needle, and carefully, I repeat carefully, superglue it in the hole to permanently tighten draw....will look for post to add link, think its in the group area, someone prob posted it as I typed this, trying to watch some bball took a while to type
well... do I ever have a story for you guys...
I'm gonna get caught up on the thread then share how I spent Sunday night with the TSA...
Bottom line... I'm finally back in rochester, though not quite home yet... and I'm still shaking my head from one of the most surreal experiences I have ever encountered!
Sometime later tonight, you all will be able to read " TSA... A tale of intrigue and terror... " by Zen~

By taking out two of the magnets?
I guess I'm part of the 20% then.
How many beta testers were there?
That adjustable draw cap can't come too soon for me.
Hello Zenfidels, here is that modification that Zen~ mentioned recently. I did this because I personally prefer a stiffer draw and have read that there are others who also prefer this so I wrote up how I tightened the draw on my Zenisis in case anyone else wants to do the same. He went over alot of what this does and the possible risks in his post so I'll just get right to it then
You need a dremel with a grinding cutoff wheel, an 18 ga needle, a VERY TINY drop of super glue, a fine pointed prescision file and a standard Zenisis cap.
What you need to do is use the dremel to cut a 1/8" piece off the needle. Use the file to make sure the ends of the piece you just cut are clear and to hold this tiny piece of needle securely.
Test fit the needle piece to the Zenesis cap. It should fit right in the hole with almost no play, but not snug. If it fits as mentioned, you're ready to set it in place.
Take the tiniest drop of superglue and put it on the outside of the needle you just cut off, being careful not to get any on the file.
Put the glue covered needle into the air inlet on the Zenisis cap till it is flush with the outside of the cap and hold it there for 5-10 seconds. The glue should set almost immediately.
Now pull the file back out of the glued together parts and put the cap back on the Zenisis.
Give your Zenisis a test vape. If you did everything right it will now have a tighter yet comfortable draw and should create a nice vaccum in the vapor chamber that will prevent dry and harsh hits.
If you decide to try this, please be careful not to damage the finish on your Zenesis by using too much glue. Remember, less is more in this situation.
Good luck and happy modding.
Did that. Tape doesn't like moisture and heat combined.![]()
Finally got home at around 7:50 pm EST and I am so tired!
Fortunately I did not have the horrendous problems with the TSA,Chicago Police, Bomb Squad, etc. and others that Zen did poor guy...gonna let him relay the rest of the story to you Zenfidels.

Okay, this is probably a silly question, but how do I clean the old juice out of my tank so I can start a new flavor? I'm scared to just pull the tank off and actually, don't even know if I can.
