That's not going to be debated here... anodized aluminum and juice is a polarizing subject. We have SS PVs available if you're concerned about Aluminum in contact with juice...

To my knowledge, the Original 5 have not had oxidation issues... and I have the prototype which has never had issues... your juice and experience may vary.

There are LOTS of Aluminum tanks in the world... Most are anodized, and like I said, this isn't the place to decide on the safety of this material and I'm not making any material safety statements regarding it's use.

I will say Anodized Aluminum is safer than Low Grade Stainless steel which can contain lead... and people have gone BONKERS for many Tanks and PVs using the LOWEST grade of Stainless available.

But we're not going to go there either.

I know for sure you already know this, but for those who don't...juice is typically basic, oxidation typically occurs under acidic conditions (or neutral with an ion present). Liquid with a pH over 11 can actually eat away the anodize, but if you're vaping something that caustic, you've got worse problems.

You're gonna wait until AUGUST for a MINI?

I got my standard for now. Plus the black is worth the wait. And the aluminum will save me a bit if money. And the poly tank might be more warehouse friendly. Now, to just get the top cap to stay on when I toss it in my pocket.

Zen, when will a tiny, pink Zenesis go into production? I want one of those! :D

I want so many things I'll never have... I try not to think about it!

It will only make me crazy.

I want a modest mid-80s Ferrari (308 GTB) with a license plate that says "Zenesis" on it... Preferably Red...

Okay, but, if I ever get you a mid 80's Ferrari with a vanity plate of Zenesis, you'll make me a tiny pink Zenesis right?

Foodsaver bags and I never drink soda. Gimme ice tea, unsweetened with lemon...please. :D

I like my beer in bottles too. Not that what zen~ said about aluminum isn't true though! It IS everywhere.

And there is NO evidence it "causes" Alzheimer's... don't leave out the important part...

It is funny. I have the zenesis devices and one non-zenesis. The croatian one has a screw cap. I can say after using both now for a while I prefer the non-screw cap except when carrying.

I have not yet figured out how to carry my zenesis devices without the caps coming off in my pockets. I have twice had pockets of juice. Good think I have been carrying them in my custom made langlitz (those who ride will probably know what these are) and that jacket is bulletproof so I do not care. That is my main issue.

I do love just popping the cap off though.
