For a CHAIN VAPOR what is the best size wick? I know Zens are 9/16 wide.Any one also a chain vapor who has adjusted wick width?I vape around 15 tp 18 milss a day. Thanks for any help and everyone have an awesome day

Island...I chain vape and I cut my mesh at 12mm wide X 50mm long....roll on a paperclip. I have ZERO wicking issues...even when I vaped 100% VG on my 400 mesh. YMMV though. :) It works for me.

I think Lorderos and ob cut theirs 15mm wide if you want to try both. I don't know if they chain vape though. :)

Is there any news on when a Zenesis Mini will be available to buy? i have been looking at House of Hybrids website for the last 4 days and the dates on availability keep fluctuating..

watched Macs video review and i have to have it, brilliant review.... you know the feeling when you want something but cant have it.. hate that feeling.

i know zen is having problems with Eommerce, any news on when or if this will be resolved

Here's the polycarbonate tubing I bought. Amazon says 1-2 months to ship, but they're really good about getting stuff to you SOONER than they state. I'm sure other online stores sell the same tubing though.

Amazon.com: Clear Polycarbonate Tubing, 3/4" ID, 7/8" OD, 1/16" Wall, 3' Length: Industrial & Scientific

Here's the tube cutter I use... if you don't have one:

Amazon.com: Ridgid 40617 1/4-Inch to 1-1/8-Inch Close Quarters Tubing Cutter: Home Improvement

This is the tank and tubing size for the Mini and Standard:

TANKS:

Mini is 3/4" ID and 1" tall

Standard is 3/4" ID and 1 5/16" tall

POLYCARBONATE TUBING:

Polycarbonate Tubing size:

The correct tubing size is 3/4 ID and 7/8 0D....you want the 1/16" wall.

Last update said the Standard and Mini would be available on the 14th, but that can change if he doesn't get the ecommerce issue worked out. Just keep your eye on the HOH site/product pages.

He's in the process of being approved/reviewed by another ecommerce company and we have no idea when that will be finished. He will make an announcement HERE when he's up and running again.

Ok... other than the paperclip, there must be a trick to this.
Zen will say otherwise, but I have the hardest darn time getting the mesh in that tiny hole.
I've changed mesh twice, once to go to 325 as I read it wicks better with the thicker juice, and once last night cause I went to change my coil and bent the mesh all to hell.

Both times I had trimmed the mesh down some, as even with a small paper clip I couldn't get it through.
I cleaned it well last night thinking maybe it was gunked up, with that and a small piece of mesh I had an easier time.

When it's good, it's SO good, but I still have issues now and then.
Still won't give up my standard for anything tho'. LOL

when i roll my mesh i never use a paper clip, just roll it until it fits right, but then again i use a tight mesh roll too.

I've been trying to leave it open like a straw, but I'm willing to try tightly rolled.
I bought some mesh, just in case, but haven't used any of it yet.

You have to just keep rolling the wick between your fingers until it's small enough to fit in the hole. Make sure your PTFE isn't melted and blocking your hole too. Stick your paperclip or a 1/16" drill bit in the hole (NOT on the drill!) and make sure it's not blocked. You may need a new PTFE insert?

When I'm rolling on my paperclip, I use a slight <<<------outward------>>> pressure to thin the wick, check if it will fit (while still on the paperclip), if not, keep rolling with the outward pressure as I roll and eventually it fits.

im still having wicking problems, and lots of dry hits. It just doesnt seem to get enough juice up on the coils. I am still rolling with the first coil setup that Zen sent with my Standard, so it cant be user error IMO.

the vapor is thin unless i have the entire tank filled up and i hold it just right

my coils burn evenly, ive read i think all the info on here about it (and a few PMs)

When it hits, its fantastic, without a doubt, which is why i want to get it going!

suggestions welcomed

Do you keep your wick down when you vape? Wick down, zen~ cap logo up....if your air hole is lined up with the wick.

That keeps the wick in the juice at all times and helps. What PG/VG mix do you use?

5 minutes and up and running and wicking beautifully...when you guys get the hang of the zenesis it truly is this quick and simple to set up. i running 50/50 on 400 mesh and no dry hits at all. learn to hold the zenesis as vicsan suggests. vertical just doesn't keep up with most of us vaperers. 2-4 o'clock and wick down and you should not have issues.

Awesome. My mail stalking begins today. I really hope at least my battery's and charger get here today. I need a charger for my home made VV PV. Not the best PV but it works better then a mini. Thanks for the tips too. I think a lot of us over think it. I hope I am one of us to just get it and go.
