I'm vaping the same coil I installed on my Z-atty-Pro three weeks ago... it's working great... and my standard has a coil that was put in there in March

I think that it has allot to due with the juice that you use. My BWB juice is notorious for being a "Carto Killer". I can see the build up happen after 10mls or so. Why try and dry burn, clean etc. when wrapping a new coil takes just a few minutes. I find that it's a design advantage, not a flaw.

I assume it's more a reference to the taste of the filling that you can never really get away from..

This is precisely why I drip on bridgeless attys, (despite the hassle and mess of dripping) and have been doing so for nearly 2 years. It's the closest thing to something like a Genesis-type; just raw juice and coil... and something I imagined long before I'd even heard of these style of devices - a whopping 2 - 3 months ago!!!

Can't STAND filler, of any sort, and still marvel at the popularity of cartos or any other form of filler-style atty. Ick! :)
But to each their own, and hey, if it gets ya off the analogs, it's all good!!!

Well seasoned Kanthal "tastes" better, that's why I prefer old burned in coils.
