Anyone else have an issue with their positive screw not fitting the allen wrench. Mine came with a key too big, and I can't find another that fits it. 2mm spins freely, 2.5mm won't fit at all. I though maybe I just got a bad screw, so I ordered replacement screws and allen wrenches, Zen sent me 4 and all of them are just the same. Anyone have any advice?

The screws have a bit of flash on them... remove the screw and put the Allen wrench into the head and push it in HARD... it will go eventually... they sent me 500 screws that were that way and when I went to reorder them they backordered them... I have been able to make them fit.

Someone else had this problem a couple of weeks ago. Zen said the correct Allen Wrenches were sent, but the positive screw may have some flash in it and to use a little force and the Allen Wrench will fit.

That's gotta be it, no way I have 6 screws and 2 allen wrenches and none of them are right. I'll give it a shot.

would a little fine sandpaper on the allen wrench work?

If you have that many as spares, take one and align the wrench Zen~ sent for that screw, with the way it should fit into the button head and lightly tap with a hammer. I have done that on my motorcycle a few times when I have ground the peg mount bolts down from scraping in curves, works like a charm.
