PS - what's up with the "like" flag? Seems it doesn't appear until someone else "likes" a post... does it require a minimum number of posts to see it or something?

I was wondering about how people "like" on a thread. I get them but don't know how to give them. I see no where to do it. Mabe I need more posts

It's a silver satin RED LED, nothing special and have maybe used it like 3 hours total since getting it as I use my standard one.
