Zen~,

Please do not think I am 'bashing' - far from it. And I never said many have had the issue, I only know that I have. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong & I WILL figure out what it is.

What I want for you to remember most from me is that I love the Mini enough to use it when I am unable to get it operating as it should. And I want for you to remember I don't want it to leave my hands long enough for you to look at it. I have a BAM coming, too, & if I haven't resolved my issue by then, I hope it'll help me troubleshoot - even though I know it's got the spring (which I plan to replace with the magnets).

Anyway, I'll not bring my very unique issue up on the thread again - I'll follow my planned trouble-shooting steps & if they fail, I'll get in touch with you privately.

I have the utmost respect and admiration for both you & your products. And I don't care who thinks I'm sucking up - I tell the truth about what I feel.

OK, I will add, "what she said" here and now I will button it about the subject.

EDIT: I am just not as well versed as she is. :)

Don't feel that way because I'm a n00b diy'r and I read all of you guys posts there. Also I said something earlier about selling ob some polycarb but I was joking I gave all except for 1ft of the 6ft stick away (and paid shipping myself). And hello all I'm HOME from work!!!!!!!!!!!!

That wasn't me my friend.

I have 12 feet of poly already.

I'm at dinner but want to clear something up. I was not involved in the puma situation.

I have not pmed zen in weeks till tonight to discuss my TI minis.

Hope your all having fun. Seems like its 50/50 fun and not fun.

Hi, Zen~ and everyone! Got distracted running the carpet cleaning machine (starting at 8:30PM!!) as my wife and step-son scramble to prep for tomorrow's lasagna feast... for my mom's birthday.

To me, it's just "having mom over for dinner".

To her, it's "having Mother In Law over for dinner!!!:shock::shock:

I'm trying to be understanding and help... :)

I hear you both loud and clear, but I can't make it happen in my shop in my hand!

I mean I WISH I had a magic answer, but the switch works! It ALWAYS works... and it ALWAYS works for HUNDREDS of people, not just me.

I know it's frustrating. But sometimes it's NOT the arrow... it's the INDIAN.. and like I said... I have TWO confirmed issues that I have been able to replicate and BOTH of the issues were caused by dirty switches when they arrived in my shop.

There HAVE been issues of misfiring that are NOT switch related, and this is caused by a broken seal between the atomizer head and the body and this CANNOT be repaired at home. The seal CANNOT be reused and if you disassemble the top section it MUST come back here for repair. So if you haven't tried to take the top section off, then this doesn't apply to you, because this seal will only break if has been disturbed.

So I truly am at a loss as to what to suggest. I'm happy to have a look at it but it needs to come back.

But I absolutely guarantee that it's not gonna misfire if it's the switch, because the switches do work if they are clean and correctly actuated.

Every time, without fail.
