Haha prob not. It's just a funny saying that stuck. Even though there were probably better inventions around the same time as sliced break.

In 1933 Wonder Bread introduced the first mass produced loaf of bread that was pre-sliced before packaging. That's where the saying originates :)

I got to see Warren Haynes play acoustic in a friend's apartment.. Sitting on the couches with about 12 people in total.. THAT was insane...

I also partied with the Allman Brothers Band at a local house party. They showed up at a local bar I was at and on a whim, a friend invited them to his house to party while mom and dad were on vacation and they said YES...and went. That was FUN...to say the least. Great, Great times.

Brings back great memories! Mine are similar - of partying with the Paul Butterfield Blues Band at the huge old semi-communal style house I lived in in 1968 or thereabouts, because one of my housemates was the promoter who brought them in to play a Rochester concert. And several years later doing the same at my own place with Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes.

Such great times, yes.

I support all methods of birth control. I shouldn't reproduce anyhow.

I heard wearing tight jeans is bad for your business. You know.. Your two factories and your distribution center.

Do you use a holster rat?

you get used to a holster very quickly Ian74...

Stud briefs you say? Hmmm....

There is no scientific results that state that is true, ttbomk, i get away w/it wearing Stud briefs from CAN. and A/X skinny strech jeans they are so comfy.

How about travel tips for taking the Zen out and about? You know, they still have never left my apartment. I still take my tanks and carts with me to work on my Legacy and GLV. I have a messenger bag with a long vertical pocket that fits my legacy just right. But when I get to work I put the bag on a chair. I can't vape in my cubicle at work so I always have to go outside.

I don't take it in the car since I notice that it's not super difficult to put scuffs on the finish of the Zen and rattling around in the cupholder would probably just mar it.

I know it's not pocket friendly either because of possible leaking and the top coming off. I also wear tight jeans too.....you know, for the ladies? And I don't know if a holster is my thing. I mean my boss at work still wears a fanny pack, but I don't know if I could pull it off.

All I know is that by the time I get home I am seriously jonesing for a hit of Zen.

Ideas?

Keep an eye out for the WMZ (Working Man's Zen). It will have a SS tank, some type of rubberized coating, and, I think, a spring. Since I'm retired, taking outside the house hasn't been a big deal for me, but when I do, I just stick it in a jeans front pocket. I haven't have any type of problem doing this, although I do take it out to drive.

For the car I use a pool noodle cut to size for a holder cushion in the cup holder, or a roll of toilet paper with enough taken off the roll to fit in the cup holder.
