The spartan, just grew out of an idea for a co-op for an affordable hybrid. from what i've seen folks, get to vote on which things they like and the majority of the polls will then dictate which one gets made. it has an option for a kick and is telescopic
Well, elf has been more involved over there, I just found it today, but it is a coop build hybrid - they are taking polls to decide how it is built - it has a telescoping batt tube for flexibility in batt/ kick use and they are deciding whether the button will lock or not and which top cap to use. It is scubabatdan and rusalka and I don't know who else . . . maybe elf already answered . . .
