Things are going OK.... I've pulled my BG level down 35 points and I'm running about 48% at goal... after 3 weeks of diet and exercise.... hey wat's this Spartan Hybrid? I clicked on the banner but vendors can't see that page... got a picture?

Glad to hear! Of course the moment of truth is at the next A1c :)

Well, elf has been more involved over there, I just found it today, but it is a coop build hybrid - they are taking polls to decide how it is built - it has a telescoping batt tube for flexibility in batt/ kick use and they are deciding whether the button will lock or not and which top cap to use. It is scubabatdan and rusalka and I don't know who else . . . maybe elf already answered . . .

It all evolved from the "300" atomizer - which is a version of the ScubaGen, only it has a built in 510 connector (as opposed to pressed in), and it's made of 316 SS, has a Pyrex tank. This co-op is now closed and pending production. Then people started talking of a hybrid based on that atty, and rusalka started the co-op. It soon evolved a bit beyond the initial plan as Dan is churning out prototypes.

The specific thing about it is the telescopic design - it can take any 18xx battery without extension tubes or threading because it's held together by magnets somehow. The whole thing is in the prototype stage, and people are allowed to sort of vote on features and looks until some time. This is causing some trouble, but things seem to go on okay...

I can drink jack with anything...motor oil, sodium chloride, you name it:toast:
I know this is not jack, but have you ever tried Red Stag? Cherry infused bourbon....oh no my bottom lip just quivered!

Yea I tried it, didn't lik it at all. One of my buddies will only drink that, nothing else.. I can't do it..

so what else are you noticing? no side effects?

One sort of odd one...hot flashes and sweating. I was sitting literally in front of my air conditioner and sweating. It isn't happening a lot, but a few times today. I have appointment to have 4 more IV treatments. One a week.

i kind of like the red stag....I generally don't drink whiskey at all, I'm a vodka girl.

CAKE VODKA...... YUM!!!! I sipped enough that I convinced myself I was qualified to take my mini apart.

yayyyyy.... Go you!

I have a feeling when I have to wrap my own coils, that's when the real learning curve is gonna start. For now, I am impressed with myself. I fiddle as little as possible..... I'm afraid I'll destroy greatness. It really was kind of easy though. I have a new appreciation for how it's made to just slide together and the way everything fits.

It isn't usual per se, but not unheard of. I didn't realize until today that my ferritin...the actual iron, was down to 3. It's supposed to be 300!! I guess it can be sort of shock to my extremely depleted system to have quite a lot of iron pumped in all at once. Hemoglobin count was actually better at 8.7.

I wrapped a coil and it was perfect...if I do say so myself :)
