I remember seeing this posted. I think they said to use the 425 grit sandpaper. What size sandpaper do you use? I might do this tomorrow before I fire it up.

Anything 400 grit or finer like 500 or even 600 would work. Someone used a rock in a pinch and it worked. I also remember as a girl using the well worn area of of cement or a large rock to file a chip on my nails lol. You can definitely sand it with a nail file. Good luck.

Yah, it was me and my son in the Jeep and boy was I PO'd. Mother hen had a few things to say to him!!!! I am happy we were not hurt. The damage on the Jeep totals close to $5000. More than met the eye in the pouring rain of a thunderstorm last night. The guy was really drunk. So drunk that he told the cop he had a couple of beers with breakfast. This was at 7 pm!!!!!

Hello folks, and how is everyone this evening? I am the new owner of a zatty-u got it in the mail today and I have a question our two.
First do they always leak when laid on their side? This one pores liquid Second how too adjust the throat hit? Without decreasing vapor as well? I keep turning the top cap and by the time the throat hit is good I got very little vapor. And finally I prefer a four wrap coil to the five wrap that came with the zatty-u but when I went to loosen the positive connection the entire post came out. I shoved it back in and it seems to work fine, but are they pressed in or just kind of pushed in/easy to remove?

Congrats on the ZAU, stan.

Yes, they can be laid down for a short period of time, just make sure the Zen logo is facing down/air hole up. However, they really are meant to be kept in a standing position.

You can adjust the TH by turning the top cap with the air hole further away from the wick. Most people vape with the air hole and wick in line with each other and adjust TH with their ejuice preferences.

The positive post is NOT meant to ever be taken out. Just unscrew the screw on the top to fasten/unfasten your coil. You might want to ask Zen about the positive post coming out as that will void the warranty. There is something that can not be disturbed in the post fittings.......can't remember specifically but it might have been an o-ring..........
