You know, I posted a bit of harsh reality to a friend at VW and I wasn't trying to be mean about it but I think she took it that way, I'm sorry, Classwife, if you thought I was impugning your integrity. I have defended you repeatedly on the 2 major forums I have been on since you have become a mod but you don't probably witness that..........:)

That said, and this applies to others more than you, thinking you can be anyone other than an ECF moderator on other forums to all the people who have gotten whacked by this place is pollyanna, your die has been cast in the vaping community......:(

If the wick insulator does matter, why do I have 3 other Gennys here with no wick insulator and they are all vape machines? Is there something different about the Zen that requires a wick insulator? I have been using Gennys for 4 months and the only one I've ever had that had a wick insulator was the Scubagen.

Who's the person having issues with an atty that has no moving parts?

I'll give you a hint:

The person that isn't using an insulator...

CAN it work without one?

SOME people can pull it off... By your own experience... you're not one of them!

Try it with an insulator. We're trying to troubleshoot the problem, and the best way to do that is to revert the device to the condition in which it was designed to operate.

Humor me!

Does anyone know if Zen said the BAMs would be ready to ship??? I know on the alerts he posted in about a week from the first and it's been over 2 weeks.

I'm gonna kill my anodizer.... The answer to your question is, I don't know, and I'm pretty much done making a fool of myself by passing on more information that doesn't come to pass. I've been dealing with anodizers for two months, and I'm really picky about the craftsmanship of the finish. These should have been shipped on time... but the delays in finishing have been really frustrating.

rumor is .....Monday

Your PV is on the way my friend... and I'm no longer amused by your Monday jokes so I'll thank you in advance to knock it off before I consider it a hostile act.

Hiya Zen~, How is your back doing now?

My back is much better... but I have a vein that's popping out in my forehead now. LOL

Smart ... lol. Im serious. Even if its in my pocket, when I go to grab it there is juice everywhere. What's this i hear about a skull driptip for the zens?

The fill hole acts as a vent to let the wick properly stay constant with juice. You could always break off a piece of toothpick and stick it in the fill hole, that might help some, just make sure you remove it before vaping or you might end up with a dried up wick, just an opinion. Let me know how that works :)

Anyone have any pointers? My zap leaks really bad if I lay it down. Has anyone found a way to cover the vent hole when not in use?

Anybody have any pointers? I have a bucket of water that spills out when I lay it on it's side... has anybody found a way to make this not happen?

Hint: Fluid seeks it's own level... we're not dealing with the cool ideas of physics or even the really good suggestions of physics... these are the LAWS of physics.

This PV was designed to give the maximum performance in the areas of flavor and vapor production. Pocket Friendly wasn't the primary concern.

Here's a good pocket friendly device:
