OK, the metallic taste is gone and I am gonna attempt to adjust my vaping to deal with the airier draw. I was also having some issues with my top cap but am going to try Mr. White's suggestion of using the thread in the oring channel. But I am having an issue, not so much a problem with vapor production. I am using the wick and coil that were already set up on it by Zen. I have also checked my battery and it is at 3.9v. My problem is it doesn't seem to be the fog machine that everyone says it is. I feel I am getting a slightly anemic vape compared to say my provari. Any ideas?

If you aren't getting vapor production, it is likely a resistance issue. Check to see that your wick is not touching the bottom of the tank, the center post inside the tank or that it isn't too tall and is touching the top cap. Make sure the first wrap of your coil isn't making contact with the base of the top section of the PV You want it to come off the negative post and clear the bottom of the top section--not make contact with that metal base. You might also try sanding the screwhead in the switch that makes contact with the negative end of the battery.

I was playing around with my signature and I had an idea. Maybe someone can help me do it or can help Zen implement something dynamic like this on HoH.
