Just got my zen today wrapped my first coil and its going pretty good
Slight metallic taste but I am "Just vaping it" till it goes away

How long does it take to get the wick to properly wick?
seems like mine is a little slow at it so I am vaping at 3 o'clock for now.

I now see why people say they have to lower there juice's nic. .... I am vaping 12mg so I will try and just deal with it

When mine's been standing for a while, I always pick it up and start vaping at 3 o'clock. Once the wick is wet, I lower it to 4 or 5. You'll know when you stop getting any hint of dry hit. If it's your first splooge of juice, you can put a few drops of liquid on the wick and pulse fire it a few times to get a light gunk on it too.

Holy crap... why am I answering questions. Scratch that, wait for a real expert's advice.

I could use some of that...but then, flying one of my RC planes or heli's...driving one of my RC boats...flyfishing, or shooting 'something' (w/ my airguns, archery or powderburners) for me is also 'therapy'...wish I had the time lately

Also traveled most the world myself surfing, how'd your bro like indo? What spots did he hit and did he go to compete? If not what surf charter did he use?

Well, come to the west coast or Hawaii. My bro loves Indonesia--goes at least once a year. His friend owns a surfing charter thingy....will have to ask what it's called. As for where he went, not sure but he was right there when the tsunami hit!

At our recent get together I was amazed at how un-gearsnobbish everyone was. Devices were passed around like a tasty hors d'oeuvres at a wonderful new restaurant.

I went to a nude beach once.. found out I was allergic to the sunscreen I had just bough. Natural beach, no facilities.. ended up scraping it off my face with wet sand 'cause losing a few layers of skin was better than leaving it there to chemical burn me. Didn't stay long cause I was in pain.

Nobody wants to see me in a wet suit. Trust me.
