I recived my ZAU and i was creazy happy
But a sad sad news ..... its leaking from the 510 connecter
ones i connected the ZAU the center pin rises and gose out
Causing leakage
what should i do how can i contact Zen ???
any help is greatly appreciated

It's funny you mention a leak. I thought it may have been juice from my drip well from days ago. I'm going to have to do a full PV cleaning, and watch it.

Another update from the new guy - Everything is now well broken in. Getting amazing clouds and outstanding flavor. Never knew juice could taste this good Only wish I had some lower nic. The throat hit can be a bit strong at times and I can only take about 4-5 long pulls before feeling a solid nic buzz and putting it down. And yes, I have the air hole directly in front of the wick

Well, if you are not a DIYer, in a pinch you could run to Walmart and pick up some VG, brand name Humco, usually close to the iso alcohol, and dilute your eliquid at least some, until a new eliquid order arrives...........
