Kinda sounds like you might have a herniated disk. If that's the case, you'll need to take it easy for a spell and alot of the time they will heal themselves.

A buddy of mine said the same thing.. the doc also mentioned that but they want to reevaluate the xrays and stuff. I have to go back Friday

I was unlucky to get a bad case of herniated disk in my lower back and ended up having surgery in 2009. After a bit of physical therapy, I have been doing fine for the last couple of years, but will never be the same as I was before.

If you are lucky and detect it early, PT will be all you need along with some anti-inflammatory or a steroid shot. Whatever it is go see a good doctor, preferably an ortho and not a chiropractor. Just my 2 cents.

I know Im stickin around, not missing the ZAP for anything

So, is tonight the night for the ZAP? Been wanting a provari, but haven't bought one due to the lack of something to put on top of it. That looks as good as the ZAP I mean.

Hey Tybin, anything new sailing your way?;)

K-man, you're a sweetheart, as usual.

Gratz to those with shipping notices, you will love your new Zen.

Site still drags.

Am I caught up now?
