Man this thread moves way too fast.

Anyways, I need some help. Last night my tank was down to about 1/8" juice left and started giving me a burned taste. I filled it when I got home and the burned taste went away slightly but was still there. I've tried dry burning but I can't get rid of the burned taste. Any suggestions?

When is the last time you cleaned your coils? Take a look and see if they have huge black chunks on it. Do the zen water and dry burn method and they will be looking brand new.

This zap is only a week and a half old. I hadn't previously cleaned it but I did the water, dry burn clean and the coils do look like new. There aren't any black globs or anything, but it still has a burnt taste.

Maybe you used too much mesh for your wick. Liquid fails to reach the top of the wick. try a thinner.

Can you define the burnt taste a little better? Burnt like the juice is burning, or burnt like metallic (dry hits)?
How many coils are you running / can you put up a picture of your coil set-up?
Since its a ZAP, how what (shhhhh...) voltage do you have it set at?

eMonty.... hope you're recovering well!!!!! Hope Landlord's back gets better, Hope Fox5 has a safe drive.... hope Kman get's where he's going... holy crap there's a lot going on.

Quick question..... I took apart my switch, cleaned, and put it back together and OMG VAPE HEAVEN. BUT... I'm not sure I have my washer in the right place. I have the large magnet and small magnet opposing each other. Then there's the little washer. Should that be under the screw head against the delrin or plastic black part, or on the same side as the magnets?

In between plastic and screw head, it's just a spacer to make firing easier.

Can I weigh in on this? I tried using the washer under the screw head as mentioned , but it wound up denting in the bottom of my battery. So instead I just lay the washer on top of the screwhead in the switch and put it back together like that. makes the contact area larger and it isn't denting my batteries anymore.
